This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website or buy Wired & Tired™, how we use it, and the choices you have. Dearly Ordinary is operated by an individual based in Brazil, who is the controller of your personal data. We follow Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD). We also respect the privacy rights given to you by the laws where you live, such as the GDPR in the EU/UK and state privacy laws in the US.

1. What we collect

• Purchase information. When you buy, Hotmart processes your payment and shares with us your name, email address, country and the details of your order. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your email address and what you wrote so we can reply.
• Browsing information. When you visit this site, our hosting provider and the tools listed below may collect technical data. This includes your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visited and the link or ad that brought you here.

We don’t ask for health information. Please don’t send us medical details you don’t want us to keep.

2. Cookies and tracking tools

We use cookies and similar technologies to see how the site is used and to measure and improve our ads. These may include:

• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms), to measure ads on Facebook and Instagram;
• Hotmart, for payments, delivery and refunds (see Hotmart’s privacy policy);
• our website hosting and email providers;
• the analytics and advertising partners listed in section 2.

We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

US residents: sharing browsing data with advertising partners may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws. You can opt out by writing to team@dearlyordinary.com or by using a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser.

5. International transfers

We are based in Brazil, and our providers may process data in Brazil, the United States and other countries. When your data is transferred abroad, we rely on those providers’ standard safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. We keep support emails for as long as we need them to help you, and analytics data according to each tool’s retention settings. After that, we delete or anonymize the data.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal data. You can also object to or restrict certain uses, withdraw consent, and opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email team@dearlyordinary.com. We will reply within the time the law sets. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, such as the ANPD in Brazil or the authority in your country.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. Payment data is handled by Hotmart and never touches our systems. No method of sending or storing data is 100% secure.

9. Children

This website and the Product are not intended for anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
