These Terms of Use apply to this website and to the digital product Wired & Tired™ – 10-Day Evening Reset + 3AM Rescue Kit™ (the “Product”). The Product is created and sold by Dearly Ordinary (“we”, “us”), a brand operated by an individual based in Brazil. By using this website or buying the Product, you agree to these terms.
1. Not medical advice
Wired & Tired is an educational wellness resource. It is not a medical treatment. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, including insomnia or other sleep disorders, and it does not replace advice from a doctor or other qualified health professional. If you have ongoing sleep problems, or symptoms such as loud snoring, pauses in breathing, extreme daytime sleepiness, or low mood or anxiety that doesn’t lift, please talk to a healthcare professional. If you are pregnant, take medication or have a health condition, check with your doctor before changing your routine. You use the Product at your own discretion and responsibility.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy the Product.
3. Purchase, payment and delivery
Payments are processed by Hotmart, a third-party platform. When you check out, Hotmart’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to the transaction. The price is shown on the sales page and at checkout. Any taxes, currency conversion or bank fees depend on your location and payment method. The Product is digital: nothing is shipped. You will receive access by email or through Hotmart right after your payment is approved.
4. Refunds

5. Your license
When you buy the Product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access it, download it and print it for your own use and for your household. You may not:
- share, resell, sublicense or give away the Product or your access to it;
- upload it to websites, groups, shared drives or file-sharing services;
- copy it, adapt it or use it as the basis for a commercial product, course or service.
We may end access if these terms are violated.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in the Product belongs to Dearly Ordinary and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This includes text, design, illustrations, printables, and the names “Wired & Tired”, “3AM Rescue Kit” and “The 5 S’s”.
7. Results
People respond differently, and we can’t promise any specific result, such as falling asleep faster or sleeping a certain number of hours. The research we mention on the sales page is general context about the kinds of practices included. It does not claim that the Product itself has been clinically tested.
8. Limitation of liability
The Product is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dearly Ordinary is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the Product. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
9. Third-party links
This website links to outside sources, such as published studies, and to Hotmart’s checkout. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the date you bought.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protections you have in the country where you live.
